This page explains what the Calusa Elementary PTA website (calusapta.com) does and does not collect from visitors. It covers this website only, not the school district's own site, calusaschool.org, or third-party sites we link to, including calusa.givebacks.com.

What this site does not do

This site has no sign-up forms, no shopping cart, and no way to submit information to us directly. It does not run Google Analytics or any other traffic-tracking tool. It does not embed Zoom, YouTube, or any other service that could track you while you browse.

Cookies and local storage

The site uses a cookie consent and accessibility tool to ask your permission before setting any cookies and to remember accessibility preferences you choose, such as text size or contrast. That tool stores your choices in your browser's local storage on this device. No information from that tool is sent to us or shared with anyone else.

Links to other sites

Several links on this site lead to places we do not control, including Givebacks (calusa.givebacks.com), where PTA memberships and spirit wear are sold, Instagram, X, and the Calusa Elementary School website. Each of those has its own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.

Children's privacy

This is a PTA website for parents and staff. It is not directed at children, does not knowingly collect information from children, and has no way for a visitor of any age to submit personal information to us through the site itself.
